Davis Polk advised Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith Incorporated as lead arranger in connection with an amendment to Tempur Sealy International, Inc.'s existing USD1.44 billion senior secured credit facilities under which Bank of America, N.A. acts as administrative agent. Among other things, the amendment provides Tempur Sealy with enhanced flexibility in the acquisition of existing and future licensees, distributors and joint ventures; as well as the potential acquisition of other strategic international brands in existing Tempur Sealy markets and with increased flexibility to make other acquisitions.
